Palisades Skier Cross/Boardercross – March 9 & 10 – IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Thank you to everyone who has registered for Palisades Skier Cross/Boardercross 3 & 4.
Below is important information for this upcoming weekend’s events.

Please read through the below thoroughly, as there is important information regarding ticketing and mandatory competition requirements.

COACHES/RIDERS MEETING

SCHEDULE and START LISTS
Will be released through Team App prior to the Coaches/Riders Meeting

BIBS
Any athletes who have already received a bib this season MUST verify the bib number on the start list is the same bib they will be wearing for the event.

We have new bibs this season! If you have NOT yet received your bib, they will be available for pick up Saturday and Sunday morning inside near Wildflour.

All USASA memberships include the purchase of one free bib. If an athlete loses their bib during the season, they can purchase another one through the Team App, and pick it up at their next event. Purchase replacement bibs:

Helmet reminder – helmets for use in SKI CROSS events ARE REQUIRED to be specifically designed and manufactured for the use in SKI CROSS. The helmet shall be certified under both ASTM F2040 and EN 1077 (class A – hard sided)

SKI CROSS competitors who are NOT wearing an ASTM 2040 and EN 1077 (class A – hard sided) helmet are PROHIBITED from accessing the course. NO EXCEPTIONS!

VENUE LOCATION and ACCESS TO RACECOURSE:
The course is at the top of Belmont. Access the venue by loading Funitel, then Big Blue. Lifts open at 8am for Palisades and USASA / NTS event staff. Athletes and Coaches should load at 9am.

WAIVER

TICKETS
We have been provided discounted lift tickets for competitors and their families, as follows:
Competitor:
Child (5-12:) $34
Teen (13-17): $64
Adult (18-69): $79
Parents: $110

Coaches tickets will be available Saturday and Sunday morning inside near Wildflour.

FRIDAY TRAINING ~ reminder
Palisades is offering discounted tickets for athletes wanting to train on Friday, who are competing Saturday or Sunday at Palisades BX/SX. Discounted tickets will be available at the ticket window on Friday.
